The lardy Scouser (clearly) has some neck!

WIKIPEDIA C&P
"In April 2015, Anderson was involved in a legal dispute with Chesterfield High School, claiming unfair dismissal from his role as social inclusion mentor. It transpired that he had continued to receive an annual salary of £4,500 from the school in his working absence.

The case for unfair dismissal was lost and Chesterfield requested that Anderson pay back a portion of the money he had received. The case attracted press attention when the judge revealed that Anderson had used Liverpool City Council lawyers to work on it despite its being a private matter."

I suppose it does make him an expert on FRAUD!

What I thought about this was. Does this set a president?
Just because he's the Mayor I don't think he has any more legal rights than any other citizen. If so can any member of the public refer a private company for an investigation into possible criminal dealings?

If so Sullivan must be worried certainly I bet there is one or two of us on here that would claim that some of our transfers have been criminal :)

The GLA is trying to get West Ham to come back to the table using the leverage of the colour of the 'carpet' around the pitch and raising the attendance.

Good luck with that.

Actually, is that load of old cobblers still rumbling on or have they forgotten about it?

Gavros 1:09 Wed Jan 10
Re: Ross Barkley transfer referred to police
Yes, it does. The argument would be (as with Newham- West Ham) that any offer which aids a private organisation should go to tender first to establish best value for the public.

Re: Ross Barkley transfer referred to police
If a player is under contract he is entitled to refuse a transfer to another club.
When Chelsea come back and offer £15m Everton are entitled to turn it down.

Everything else is just a high pitched whining Scouse sound

I'm surprised he went in January rather than go on a free in the summer.

Can only assume he's concerned about getting his place back for the World Cup so moved now. Not that he will sitting on Chelsea's bench between now and May.
